General Insurance Council Bylaws
Important Notice Regarding General Insurance Council Bylaw
Adjuster's Code of Conduct
This Code builds on the requirements of The Insurance Act and the Bylaws of the General Insurance Council to provide specific guidance
for the conduct of a licensee. It also gives the public information
about what they should expect from licensees. It identifies minimum
standards of conduct with the recognition and hope that in many areas,
conduct of licensees will rise above the minimum requirements.
P&C Adjusters Designated Handbook
The purpose of the handbook is to summarize those responsiblities and provide guidance to the DR in what is expected of them. The handbook expands on those principles in establishing standards for the management of a Property & Casualty Adjusting Firm.
