Applications to apply for Crop Hail Licenses can now be completed and submitted through the ICS Online Licensing Portal.
ICS will no longer be accepting the paper application forms going forward.

What licence type should I apply for?
This application applies to you if the applicant is apply for a Crop Hail Agency licence and will have agents transacting insurance on behalf of the agency.
A Crop Hail Agency Designated Representative (DR) application must accompany this application form and be signed off by the same insurer as the Crop Hail Agency application.
This application applies to you if the applicant is apply for a Crop Hail Adjusting Firm licence and will have crop hail adjuster representatives adjusting on behalf of the adjusting firm.
A Crop Hail Adjuster Designated Representative (DR) application must accompany this application form and be signed off by the same insurer as the Crop Hail Adjusting Firm application.
This application is for an insurance agent that manages all or part of the business of an insurer and carries out specific activities on behalf of that insurer.
A MGA Crop Hail Designated Representative (DR) application must be accompany this application form and be signed off by the same insurer as the Crop Hail MGA application.
