ALL AGENCIES - Effective August 15, 2025, all agencies completing their annual return (formerly referred to as renewal) will be required to attach a current copy of their profile report from the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry of the Information Services Corporation (ISC). This document is required in order to complete your annual return. This requirement is contained in the General Insurance Council (GICS) Bylaws (bylaws 3-1, 7-1(a), 7-4, 7-6 and 7-7) and the Life Insurance Council (LICS) Bylaws (bylaws 3-1, 7-1(a), 7-4, 7-5 and 7-6).
Please only provide when you complete your annual return. Do not email the profile report to the Insurance Councils of Saskatchewan.
You can access your corporate registry on the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry website: https://corporateregistry.isc.ca/. If you are unsure where to get a copy of your profile report, please contact Information Services Corporation at 1- 866-275-4721.
