Effective April 21, 2026, the Insurance Councils of Saskatchewan (ICS) will be implementing a new process for licensees to provide proof of Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage.
Upon renewal of an E&O Certificate of Insurance, licensees will be required to log into their ICS portal account and upload and submit their renewed certificate by the policy expiry date to avoid suspension.
All licensees are responsible for uploading their own E&O Certificate of Insurance. Agencies are not able to submit certificates on behalf of individual licensees.
