New process for submitting proof of E&O insurance

The Insurance Councils of Saskatchewan (ICS) has implemented a new process for submitting proof of Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance for licensees who are required to maintain E&O coverage in their own name.

Upon renewal of an E&O Certificate of Insurance, licensees are now required to log into their ICS portal account to upload and submit their renewed certificate by the policy expiry date to avoid suspension. 

All licensees who are required to maintain E&O personally, are responsible for uploading their own E&O Certificate of Insurance.  Agencies are not able to submit certificates on behalf of individual licensees.
