Effective January 1, 2025 the Insurance Councils of Saskatchewan will no longer be accepting SGI Suitability Applications Forms

Effective January 1, 2025, Council is no longer accepting the SGI Suitability Application forms, they must be forwarded directly to SGI at Suitability@sgi.sk.ca
