Your E&O Certificate of Insurance shows the policy period, including the effective and expiry dates.

Yes. The E&O carrier must be clearly identified.

The E&O carrier name is listed on your E&O Certificate of Insurance.

E&O Certificates of Insurance must be in Canadian (CAD) funds only.

E&O Certificates of Insurance must be in English only.
